We stayed here as a family of 4 in the only family room available with two twin bedrooms connected by a short corridor. The room was comfortable and the beds were great. There is a shopping mall opposite with cafes and restaurants, making it convenient for breakfast and dinner. The hotel's location near Haneda airport was perfect for us. Despite being a smoking room, the price was reasonable and didn't increase on the weekend. I recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and convenient location near the airport.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tokyo that was perfect for my needs. The location couldn't have been better, as it was just opposite the Shinagawa Seashore metro station, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. Plus, there was a shopping center right across the street, which was great for grabbing a bite to eat or doing some shopping.
I did find that the internet connection in the hotel was a bit lacking. The LAN cable provided was not long enough to reach the bed, and I couldn't use my own cable.

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights and was pleasantly surprised with the value for money. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall with direct access to the train station and the airport bus. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was well maintained. Loved the option of having two pillows per bed!

Great value, spacious rooms, convenient location near train station, big supermarket, bus station to airport. Instant hot water for shower. Fascinating views of container seaport and industrial incinerator.
For us it was ideal.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside Shinagawa Seaside station, making it very accessible to the main areas. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel facilities are well-maintained and the breakfast is delicious.
